Experience in touching the ecommerce package or WCM package space (Hybris, Sitecore, EpiServer, AEM/CQ, other parts of the Adobe Cloud, Demandware, Magento, Shopify).

This individual would also need to know the digital strategy, creative/visual design, and user experience worlds well so they can be effective at communicating my clients message as far as the services they offer in the Digital arena.

There certainly are opportunities to discuss things like VR, beacons, IoT. Expertise that they can assist companies as they innovate and create experiences that are consistent and effective across all channels ? the obvious example would be thinking about how you or I use a website differently when we pull it up on our computer vs. when we?re walking and looking at the app on our phone ? the brand wants it to be consistent, but our needs as users are very different in those moments, even though it?s the exact same individual. Pulling that perspective back another level and thinking about how that integrates to the in-store experience or being able to use a kiosk/interface and still trying to engage.

Commerce and consumers are evolving very quickly, both technically and in terms of expectations, so my client is offering solutions that can help solve an identified need, but also strategic help for when they know there is a problem but don?t have a solution, and when there isn?t even a problem, just a desire to stay ahead and innovate and avoid problems. Hope that made sense. I am looking for someone really sharp that gets the above and has a passion for Digital Strategy and has the HUNTER business mentality. They will be based in Plano TX. Compensation is dependent on experience.

This is an individual contributor/lead role. If you or (anyone you might know) is up for the challenge, I would like to talk to them about joining this extraordinary, company in the pursuit of becoming the leading digital agency globally. They are well underway, with offices worldwide and across the US. But there is still work to be done. To give you a real quick idea, I am looking for someone that has experience in the Business Development side of these types of deals (to name a few but give you a good picture) - Sitecore CMS implementation - Adobe Experience Cloud for retail clients - Mobile app development -

You will be managing your own budgets, and will be accountable for both the revenue side and the margin. So you have to be a deal-closer. But you also have to understand the fine act of balancing risks when bidding for new business.

You?ve had a similar position for the last 5years or more, most likely in another digital agency. So your track record is proven when it comes to digital strategy, customer experience, digital planning, content management, e-commerce, etc.

Business Development / Sales


Partner with Marketing on everything related to lead generation (outbound)

? Initiate individual activities to generate relevant leads (network, search consultants, partners, other)

? Take lead in responding to RFP?s, including qualification, win strategy, draft (part of) response, etc.

? Lead pitch team(s): pursuit strategy, structure of pitch, content, participants

? Participate in relevant marketing and industry events (sponsored by US or others)

? Establish systematic approach to collaboratewith?s key partners in your region, incl. Sitecore, EPiServer, hybris, Adobe

? Keep up with what is going on in the market and pursue opportunities if you identify such



? Keep up with what?s going on in the digital industry

? Keep up with work / case-studies done (in US and internationally). Make sure you come fully up to speed on our services and solution that might lie outside of your current areas of expertise

? Contribute to growing and innovating 's services footprint

? Help mentor other people in our organization who has account responsibility, including project managers on their client-engagement skill set
