Business Development Director - HEOR

This Health Economics Outcomes and Pharmacoepidemiology consulting branch of a global research organization is currently seeking a Business Development Director to sell their services to Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients.
-Selling health economics, patient-reported outcomes, epidemiology, biostatistics, market access and outcomes strategy, health preference assessment, and survey and observational studies services.
-Identifying new business opportunities, pursuing leads, and managing existing relationships with pharma, biotech, diagnostic, and medical device companies
-Acquiring RFPs and winning contracts
-Working closely with internal teams to present services by coordinating and leading presentations to new and existing clients.
-Representing the company at conferences
-Utilizing CRM system
?Candidate requirements include:
-Bachelor?s degree (Master?s degreepreferred in health or business-related field)
-At least 10 years sales and business development experience
-At least 5years and proven track record selling health outcomes services
-Experience selling to Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients, current network is required
-Self-starter, independent, and driven individual with a professional demeanor
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint as well as exceptional oral and written communication abilities
