The Role

ABG is seeking an entertainment sales professional to join the team in our new Los Angeles office. As Business Development Director, you'll report directly to the President of ABG West, where you'll be developing and executing strategies for expanding ABG's base of name, image, likeness, and endorsement agreements for our portfolio of celebrities, ultimately delivering top-line revenue for the organization. If you're a strategic thinker with a creative spirit and are driven to win, we'd like to meet you.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Generate Qualified Leads

  • Build a credible business pipeline through detailed, targeted market research to identify prospective new NIL and endorsement partners that align with the brands within the Celebrity and Entertainment portfolio.
  • Identify target contacts and decision makers inside target companies and establish contact via networking, cold calling, email outreach
