Business Development Director – Digital Marketing
Welocalize Inc. are looking to hire a Business Development Director to join the E. Coast office, and help grow the revenue from the digitalmarketing, content creation and transcreation services that Welocalize offer.
The ideal candidate will be an assured sales person with a proven track record, who is comfortable selling digitalmarketing services to agencies and direct to potential customers.
The successful candidate will be supported from the London, UK office, and on the ground with digitalmarketing professionals.
Your main responsibilities and duties include:
- Planning and coordinating implementation of business plans
- Selling multi-lingual digitalmarketing services to network agencies and direct to customers
- Developing ways and generating product development ideas to attract new business
- Developing the East Coast sales function for Adapt Worldwide, the digitalmarketing arm of Welocalize
- Working closely with the local WL team, and with the central London digitalmarketing office
- Articulating our key services to potential decision makers
- Generating sales leads, and responding to marketingsales leads
- Developing an on-going target list, and closing new logo sales
- Evangelising digitalmarketing services within the Welocalize group
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5years + experience selling digitalmarketing services
- An established network of marketing contacts on the E. Coast
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
