About the Opportunity

The Business Developer Director will be responsible for selling IT services & solutions in excess of their revenue target. This individual will be responsible for articulating the Lochbridge “Value Proposition” to customers, sales teams, and professional staff.  What Makes this a Great Opportunity?

Duties and Responsibilities:   

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive business and revenue objectives within your designated industry and territory
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with qualified customers, key customers and buyer opportunities
  • Drive forecasted results utilizing the full suite of leveraged services we have to offer our clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts within established price and terms guidelines
  • Have a detailed understanding of the competitor landscape
  • Effectively communicate and elevate the vision, mission, values, and goals of Lochbridge

 Travel Responsibilities:·         Ability to travel up to 25% Success Criteria:

 Experience and Qualifications:

  • Extensiveexperience in the sale and delivery oftechnologysolutions and services to address specific business challenges across one or more of the below industries:
    • Financial Services
    • Insurance – P&C or Health
    • Automotive
    • Manufacturing
  • A proven track record of success (top sales achievements and consistently exceeding quota)
  • Experience in direct sales and solution selling
  • Experience selling a leveraged delivery model
  • Ability to walk through a complicated deal providing detail of opportunity identification through delivery with metrics, financials, and the business problems being addressed
  • Experience selling at the C-suite level and within the business area
  • Ability to analyze complex business and technology issues while mapping a prospective client’s solution requirement
  • Ability to forecast and qualify opportunities, assess prospect value, generate new sales, and execute consultative sales cycles with CxOs


Education and Years of Experience: 


Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution
