Global Rescue is looking for a highly-motivated individual to help support the day-to-day operations of our busy sales department. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, drive and work ethic; and is willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done. This role will provide support to the sales team by handling client requests, account maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining CRM. You should have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy the idea of working on all different types of projects. Perfect entry-level role for an individual looking to get their foot in the door in sales.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
• Provide support to sales representatives and sales leadership
o Primary and/or back-up contact for client accounts via incoming emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
o Expedite requests on behalf of sales team and work with internal teams to fulfill sales team and client requests
o Qualify incoming leads
o Provide support at sales meetings, conferences, and tradeshows as needed
• Provide world class customer service, support, and troubleshooting assistance for both internal and external customers
• Become fluent with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to include support of sales reps and maintenance
o Create, maintain, and interpret sales data from CRM
o Continually expand the usage of the CRM to increase sales efficiency and success
o Provide reports on sales activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
• BS/BA Degree
• Relevant internship experience in sales, business development, account management or similar field
• Microsoft office proficiency and exceptional Excel skills with the ability to pick up new software/technology quickly
• Excellent written and verbal skills
