The Customer Service Experience team is responsible for the business architecture and design of the external and internal customer support experience that includes processes, systems and program implementation.

Within the Customer Service Experience organization the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Team develops, maintains and communicates contingency plans to ensure resiliency of Supports critical business functions by liaising with Support Delivery Management and IT partners.

We are seeking a business analyst who will work on the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Team within Customer Service Experience to develop and maintain our business impact analysis, contingency plans, train our global support organization and participate in our global 24/7 duty manager Schedule.

You need to be highly motivated and self-driven and have a good combination of planning, documentation and communication skills. You like to work in a global team with various seniority levels to support our objective of enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of our contingency plans.

You will work with international professionals to distill and transform requirements into contingency plans, business processes, documentation and training. Also, you will be required to participate in the global 24/7 BCP duty manager Schedule for managing the Support system incidents.

As a Business Continuity Program member, you will be responsible for:

- Partners with leadership, subject matter experts, and plan administrators to develop detailed and comprehensive business continuity plans for each functional area.

- Performs and evaluates business impact analyses and risk assessments; develops program policies, plans and procedures and coordinates testing and exercise activities.

- Provides training and awareness communications and oversees the execution of continuity and response plans in the event of a business disruption.

- Conducts reviews, analyzes requirements, recommends strategies and writes and updates business continuity plans as required.

- Coordinates and monitors all project management activities to execute all phases of the full business continuity program lifecycle from program initiation through operational status for all plans.

- Develops policies, procedures, templates, standards and documentation in support of the deployment, management and sustainability of the program.

- Develops an in-depth understanding of the business processes, assets, facilities, responsibilities, regulatory requirements and interdependencies of the organization.

- Performs regular reviews and updates to all program materials to ensure that the quality and accuracy of all program documentation is maintained.

- Performs continuous monitoring of program activities to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency.

- Coordinates with the Information Technology department to ensure alignment between the disaster recovery and business continuity programs.

- In response to a disaster or any other type of business interruption, supports Company leadership by leading crisis management and incident response teams in the coordination and execution of all business continuity and emergency management plans and related activities.

- Participating in Business Continuity Duty Manager Schedule for shifts

- Preparing and participate in internal and external audits

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience:

- BA/BS in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, Finance or related field. (Required).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management or disaster recovery. (Required).

- Professional certification (DRII, BCI, or ITIL) (Preferred).

- Demonstrated experience conducting business impact analysis and vulnerability assessments for facilities, people, processes and technology.

- Knowledge of risk management disciplines, including information securityrisk, information technologyrisk, vendor risk, and operational risk.

- Experience in using business continuity planning applications and emergency notifications systems.

- Adaptable, innovative and detail oriented. Disciplined to solve complex problems, with the ability to resolve issues and drive solutions that create win-win situations.

- Developing and maintaining contingency plans, processes, documentation, and training

- Executing Business Continuity Crisis /Outage management processes (facilitate, escalate, and communicate)

- Engaging and coordinating resources during high-impact crisis/outage

- Candidate must have experience in supporting large systems/applications and ideally have experience in the areas of specialized communication, incident management and outage management.

- Broad experience with IT infrastructure, Networking, Data/Voice will be considered an advantage. Also experience with analyzing complex data and related reporting will be considered a plus.

- Coordinating planned outages with Business and IT organizations

- Analyzing and reporting of Business Continuity related incidents and performing root cause analysis to proactively reduce incidents moving forward

- Preparing and participate in internal and external audits

- Profile should be a team player and able to quickly establish comfortable and effective working relationships.
