As part of that innovative spirit, Findorff has a dedicated Business Technology team that focuses on keeping the technology needs of our employees up with the ever-changing technical environment around us. To meet those needs, we are adding a Business Analyst to our team. 

The Business Analyst focuses on operational improvement primarily with the use of our ERP, CMiC, as it applies to departments within Findorff.  The Business Analyst serves as a business intelligence & analytics expert, providing detailed, meaningful and actionable information and supports the Company by documenting, analyzing, and training personnel on Company processes, as well as using in-depth knowledge to identify, recommend, and implement procedural and technological solutions which enable Findorff to better achieve organizational goals.  The ideal Business Analyst will have a general understanding of construction general contractor structure and operations. 

This job requires excellent problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.  Strong technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of the various hardware, software and networking systems that are supported. Strong time management skills, decision making skills, and the drive to see projects through to completion.  Construction and project management process knowledge is necessary.  Experience with CMiC/ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, systems design, or equivalent work experiencerequired. Minimum 5 years analyzing business requirements and support information system projects.  Demonstrated excellence in analysis, documentation, facilitation and presentation skills and strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation skills are required.
