  • Analyze complex customer/internal inquires and develop permanent solutions
  • Optimize practices and tools to improve overall performance and process control
  • Provide advanced high-level technical troubleshooting and RCA on all types of customer issues
  • Translate and perform change control work
  • Drive production-level UAT, documentation, regression testing
  • Review/manage high-risk system-wide code enhancements/modifications, complete complex technical steps for new customer/service implementations
  • Serve as technical resource and conduct peer review of BA II
  • Manage escalations for high-risk technical issues, provide executive-level documentation, perform root cause analysis
  • Design/maintain internal business requirements and/or technical specs per department needs
  • Coordinate with IT on the tracking, prioritization, and completion or customer/product-level development CRs in product backlog
  • Maintain internal system design, procedural integrity, industry standards, per department needs
  • Proactively monitor data/application trends/volume
  • Perform quality control for IT related requests submitted by customer service teams
  • SME within the product of responsibility, provides peer mentoring and review


  • Bachlors’s degree
  • Advanced customer service/people skills
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Advanced time management / organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, operating systems
  • Ability to quickly learn/retain new technical/application knowledge
  • 5+ years customer service, healthcare, progressive analytical/critical thinking experience
  • Experience with software/hardware troubleshooting
  • Healthcare/software/hardware certifications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic database structure/relationships (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare transactions/components, specific product-line functions (preferred)
  • Possess a deep technical/functional understanding of the proprietary systems/applications specific to their department
  • Ability to conduct market/industry research and analysis, per department needs
