Description:

Domain Consultant will be responsible for requirement elicitation, functional solutions, Consulting for Client Financial Solutions Applications specifically for campaign, offer management area of retail banking, cards etc

1. Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client Applications

2. Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions

3. Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management

4. Providing functional solutions and creating requirement and functional documents

**(depending on SDLC methodology BRD,FRD,HLD etc for Waterfall, DTD,SRS etc for Agile)

5. Make Development and QA team understand requirements, design and functional flows

6. Review the test cases and test results

7. Should have deep understanding of multiple line of business in Banking

8. Experience in Campaign, Offer management

9. Experience in Retail Banking products - value proposition, customer segmentation, product pricing

10. Providing Consulting to Clients

11. Sr Consultants should lead and guide other consultants and BAs in team

Qualification Experience:

Financial/Engineering degree , MBA Preferred

Should have 5-10 years of experience in Retail Banking, Cards, Digittal Banking

Mandatory Skills :

Retail Banking, Cards, Digital Banking

Campaign, Offers management, value proposition, customer segmentation, product pricing

Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Stakeholder management

Desired Skills:

Knowledge in multiple retail banking products, SQL, MS Office

In addition candidates should have:

Demonstrated process improvement experience required

Exceptional problem solving skills

Proven ability to prioritize and efficiently complete assignments while maintaining the highest quality; exceptional organizational skills

Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Visio, Advanced MS Excel – including macros, logic functions, solver, etc., MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning and using new software tools

Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to bring teams to consensus

Professional team-player with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
