Scope of work:

Product Analyst handling CRM software support, projects, and enhancements for the B2C Call Centers.

Scope of work:

  • Serve as a liaison between IT and Business management
  • Analyze and prioritize business system requests and user needs
  • Perform requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional decomposition
  • Conceive and recommend functional solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure functional solutions align with compliance regulations (i.e.- SOX, PCI, GDPR)
  • Identify a solution s impacts to the current business environment
  • Author detailed functional specifications
  • Write test plans, perform software certification, and oversee UAT
  • Develop training materials for end users
  • Support software migrations
  • Troubleshoot system issues
  • Perform duties in accordance with standard SDLC methodologies (i.e.- waterfall, SCRUM, AGILE) and industry best practices
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervisor

Required skills/competencies:

  • 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience in a medium to large company
  • 3+ years of Software Testing experience with enterprise-wide applications
  • Proven ability to collaborate and clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, with technical peers and business partners
  • Able to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, concepts, tools, best practices and procedures
  • Creativity combined with analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Competent with documentation and presentation software applications such as MS Office, Confluence, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Competent with requirements management, issue tracking, and workload software applications such as Jira, HP Quality Center, Remedy, Clarity, and MS Project

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of a CRM system (i.e.- Siebel, Salesforce)
  • Experience in the Cruise Line, Hospitality, or Call Center industry
  • Experience with Oracle databases and writing SQL scripts
  • Business Analysis certification (i.e.- CBAP, CSPO, CSM)
  • UX design concepts

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
