Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an advanced degreepreferred
  • 7 Yrs. Minimum Experience in IT with focus on Requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, conducting UAT and training

 

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Interact with the business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements related to case management solution including user interaction, workflows, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Guide the development team in developing a fully functional solution by way of providing feedback, testing the application, creating dummy data, etc.
  • Demo the application to the users, gather feedback, communicate effectively to the project team
  • Support in preparing end user training materials and train the trainers in the application

 

Required Skills include:

 

  • In-depth experience in business requirements gathering with extensive experience in functional testing, documentation
  • Ability to contribute to end user documentation including training materials
  • Ability to work well with the team and create a conducive atmosphere
  • Experience in working in Agile projects

 

Desired Skills:

    1. Expertise / Knowledge of Parole Management / Prisoner Management
    2. Experience in SQL and T-SQL / PL/SQL

 

Technical Specifications:

  1. At least 5 years of related experience in eliciting, documenting and reviewing requirements
  2. Ability to write functional test cases and test the application
  3. Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA
