Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Business Analyst within our team. This role offers remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Proven record of effectively managing large and complex projects
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Liaise between various vendors and state subject matter expertise.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and conversation, with technical and non-technical partners
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical background with experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• A drive to understand data and key performance metrics and their relevance to our business and product decisions
• Ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leadership

Desirable Qualification

• Experience with Tableau Online
• Experience with design & process tools (Figma, Miro, Lucid, etc).
• Experience leading interactive trainings and presentations
• Familiarity with project management software, e.g., JIRA
• Extensive experience using business intelligence tools, e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud etc., including proficiency in SQL
• Background in education or in edtech, or other fields with significant privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Experience analyzing data and reports from business software, e.g., Netsuite, Hubspot, Salesforce etc

• The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $80,800 to $105,100.
