Position: Business Analyst
Purpose: Solve organizational business problems by analyzing requirements, building consensus around program objectives, clarifying issues using excellent verbal and written communication, and recommending system controls and protocols. Contributes to solving problems through understanding the business needs, politics, priorities and stated requirements of multiple projects.

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
? Track team/program activities and generate reports on progress, obstacles, and requirements.
? Work with stakeholders to understand the needs and experiences of different groups.
? Translate client requirements into technical reports, feature requests, or issue logs as necessary.
? Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; supports the project team; and supports development of the project budget.
? Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
? Designs new programs by analyzing requirements, constructing efficient workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing clear specifications.
? Create complex and professional documents to communicate program elements to those outside the project.
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Clearance Requirements: This position requires a minimum of an active SECRET security clearance.
Education/Experience: his position requires a bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution as well as a minimum of three years of professional experience within content management. It is a plus if a candidate has one of the following:
? Experience with government and DoD environments is preferred.
