The Iron Mountain Business Analyst Manager is an IT PMO Leadership team member responsible for managing a global team of Business Analyst that consists of full-time employees, contractors and consultants. Provide guidance and direction to Business Analysts; leveraging processes that reflect industry standard Business Analysis practices such as wire framing, conceptual design, mapping business workflows, writing business, functional and non-functional requirements, writing user stories, and creating requirement traceability matrices. The Business Analysis Manager and the Business Analysis team will be held accountable for ensuring that the Requirements Management Process is followed, tools and processes are optimized and meet business objectives.
•Ownership of all personnel management including recruiting and hiring, on-boarding and training, talent and performance management, coaching, mentoring, and resource management.
•Creation and the continuous improvement of the IT PMO requirements management process.
•Leveraged Business Analysis best practices and standards to develop/enhance the requirements management process, templates, tools, and governance that can be utilized for both Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM initiatives.
•Conducting requirement state gate assessments to ensure project teams adhere to the requirements management process.
•Lead process improvement initiatives across the PMO Organization
•Assisting Business Analysts by validating their approach to work, conducting peer reviews, building relationships with other project stakeholders, and estimating both effort and duration.
•Assisting projects to leverage HP Quality Center for requirements management and traceability to ensure requirements have proper test case coverage.
•Working with stakeholders to ensure appropriate Business Analyst skill sets are provided to support their efforts.
•Assisting projects by filling in as a Business Analyst resource as needed.
•Working with Global Internal Audit and Security to perform Project Assurance reviews for major system implementations, upgrades, and data conversion efforts.
•Coordinate activities and schedules with other Engineering disciplines.
Experience tracking and linking individual requirements from their origin throughout the (SDLC) using a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Experience with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
Experience leading and driving to closure continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with vendor procurement, vendor engagement and management.
Experience with Vendor RPI and RFP generation.
Experience with Vendor Statement of Work (SOW) contribution and review.

Technical: Fluency in business analysis principles and requirement management best practices.
Technical: Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and communicate business processes, rules, and requirements relative to particular products or new product features.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
Communication: Ability to collaborate with others in a small group and to advocate for Business Analysis on project teams of mixed disciplines.
