Bachelor's degree/equivalent In Engineering, Business, Info Systems, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline. Advanced experience with business analysis techniques. Ability to work with abstract concepts. Six (6) years experience in a minimum of 4 of the following areas preferred: application development/design, application/tech support, business area expertise, business analysis, systems requirements analysis, requirements documentation, business process modeling, logical data modeling, IT standards/processes, IT vendor solution analysis/sourcing, IT metrics design/analysis, software design, software quality assurance, systems demand management, systems integration, systems proj mgmt, systems strategic plng, systems training design/delivery, test automation/SDLC expertise, test/use case development, test planning/coordination. Must possess strong leadership, human relations and communication skills, and planning and organizing abilities. Must be able to collaborate with business areas, systems users and technical developers.
User Experience (UX) design experience needed. Experience with Adobe Creative and/or I-Rise design software desired. Rapid prototyping experience and a background in user experience research, usability testing and UX design principles such as emotionally relevant design helpful.
