Interface to the Government Program Manager supporting all tasks and subtasks for program direction.
Performs execution of Program Manager Sensors Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) budget to include RDT&E, APA, O&MA or Reimbursable. Analyzes budget requests for obligation to determine if they are in alignment with the Financial Management Regulation Guide. Analyzes PM SAI budgetary impacts of new or revised legislations, policies, or procedures.
Reviews Unliquidated Obligations and provides guidance to the Program Analyst and Product Manager on where funding could be adjusted.
Is familiar with the Defense Travel System and creating Lines of Accounting for travel. Has extensive experience creating financial documents and running financial reports in systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Standard Operation and Maintenance Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS), and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
Participates in year-end closing to ensure proper and full use of provided funds, with no anti-deficiency violation.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience plus five years’ experience with providing analysis and support to defense programs.

Requires a secret security clearance
Must have experience with government consulting and rapid system fielding of Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) and Programs of Record.

Must have excellent data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
