The challenges ahead...We are seeking a key Sales Director who will successfully lead a sales team to develop a sustainable business in the hi-tech market, managing a 6-person sales team to drive a revenue plan delivery while maintaining  overall customer satisfaction. What will your role be?

  • Mentor and lead transformation within his/her sales team to grow revenue for 3DS.
  • Be accountable to execute based on VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework. 
  • Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed annual plan.
  • Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on assigned territory.
  • Build, lead and assess sales team to execute the sustainable revenue plan and foster talents development for maximum efficiency. 
  • Manage sales team to deliver an accurate forecast for 5 (BT channel) or 4 (VS channel) rolling quarters and FY with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives. Pipeline and opportunity update is managed by team.
  • Lead business reviews with extended sales team to ensure proper execution in accordance with the LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT in line with customer engagement
  • Manage and ensure data collection.
  • Ensure Quota Distribution to be distributed.
  • Foster and facilitate collaboration between sales team and 3DS & Client ecosystem to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute, review and approve engagement and/or account  strategy based on VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework defined by sales team on their assigned accounts.
  • Initiate and lead some customer executive meetings to promote 3DS vision and demonstrate 3DS commitment to customer success.
  • Adopt and manage change management strategies within sales team.

Your Success factors?

  • 8+ years’ experience in selling software solutions.
  • Experience in sales team management.
  • Deep knowledge & network in hi-tech industry
  • Management of a multi-million revenue plan over 3 years in collaboration with a dedicated sales team.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers and manage complex negotiations.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills to secure 3DS internal and customer commitments.
  • Proven leadership and strategy development skills.
  • Strong motivating and mentoring skills to communicate a compelling vision to sales team.
