POSITION SUMMARY

CRC is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Women’s Imaging (experience considered in lieu of fellowship) radiologist to support our growing practice within the Mercy Health Youngstown Region. This candidate must be capable of reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging and maintain a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians.

The Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center is the Mahoning Valley’s only nationally accredited breast imaging center designated as a, ‘Breast Imaging Center of Excellence’ by the American College of Radiology. JACBCC is also a recipient of the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence award, named a “Women’s Choice” facility and is designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. JACBCC earned its accolades by having met the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) standards from the American College of Surgeons and ranked in the 99th percentile for patient satisfaction measures.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
• Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
• Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Ohio
• Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
• Fellowship trained Breast Imaging (non-fellowship trained considered pending experience)
