Jefferson Radiology, established in 1963, is a 80+ physician sub-specialty group practice. We are looking to recruit a fellowship trained Breast Radiologist to join our growing organization. The all-digital practice, with enterprise PACS capabilities, interprets close to one million exams a year. Jefferson Radiology has multiple offices and hospital partnerships throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

As leaders in diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology, our fellowship trained physicians and highly trained staff are committed to providing exceptional patient care and responsive service. In addition to MQSA, ACR and ICAVL accreditation, we are Joint Commission accredited.
POSITION SUMMARY
Jefferson Radiology continues to grow locally and is in need of dedicated breast imagers. If you are interested in building the career you want with an industry leader, consider Jefferson Radiology. A team of subspecialty radiologists provides additional comprehensive support. The ideal candidate is fellowship trained in breast imaging, but also capable of reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging. We offer a great signing bonus with 1 year to partnership. There are part time and full time options with no nights/weekends. In addition to that we offer Relocation expenses and CME benefits.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical responsibilities include all aspects of Breast Radiology. Subspecialty support for interventional procedures, neuroradiology and musculoskeletal MRI is available. After hours coverage is supported by the Emergency Radiology division.
- Opportunities for leadership, program development and research.
- Close partnership and collaboration with breast medical and surgical specialists at Connecticut Children's.
- Teaching opportunities are available. Radiology residents from Hartford Hospital, the University of Connecticut and St. Vincent's Hospital train at Connecticut Children's.
- Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Breast Radiology
- Completed a one-year post-residency fellowship training, in Breast Radiology
- Board certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
