Natera is currently seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join the Reproductive Health marketing team within the commercial organization. This role will play a key role in developing marketing programs, owning campaigns and executing tactics for several inline brands including Natera's flagship program Panorama. Success in this role relies on effective cross-functional interaction with the sales force, product development teams and medical science liaisons. The role offers the potential to quickly grow into a brand leadership role. This person will also play a key role in working with the Marketing Director to drive the brand strategy and develop messaging to diverse target audiences (OB/GYNs, MFM specialists, and other health care professionals, patients, caregivers).


  • Develop messaging, own HCP/consumer marketing campaigns to drive adoption of Natera products in the marketplace and negate competitive activities
  • Maintain knowledge of key product attributes and competitive differentiation to effectively position products in both traditional and digital channels
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop training content and messaging for the sales force
  • Track ROI for marketing programs and support strategic investment-planning
  • Ensure timely development and maintenance of materials for use by or training of the sales team
  • Interact cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, sales team, product development team, and executive leadership to achieve alignment internally on key messages and claims
  • Conduct market research to evaluate effectiveness of messaging
  • Assist with planning and material development for internal sales and marketing meetings and external ad board meetings with physicians
  • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job
  • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire
  • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements
  • Employee must pass post offer criminal background check


  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other post-bachelor's degree preferred; Background in Genetics strongly preferred
  • Prior sales and marketing experience in life sciences or clinical experience in genetic testing space strongly preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the biopharma and/or diagnostic industry, consulting, medical communications, healthcare advertising or other relevant experience
