This role exists to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the branch and its employees to promote sales, satisfy customer needs and maximize profit consistent with company goals.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver on our promise of high-quality service “HQS” by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive partnership for our customers
  • Hire, train, lead and motivate branch employees to perform at their highest potential and develop them for advancement to greater responsibility
  • Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
  • Deliver on our sales objectives of double-digit growth
  • Maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies and other company assets
  • Set by example high standards of honesty, integrity and moral judgment in dealing with customers, employees, vendors and the public
  • Know, support and comply with the goals, policies, and procedures of the company and with applicable local, state and federal laws
  • Administrative and fiscal responsibilities related to employee timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the Regional Manager

Qualifications /Requirements and Must Haves:

  • Leadership experience in a B2B, outside sales environment, ideally from within a service and/or distributor sales organization
  • Demonstrated ability to produce year over year growth through aggressive sales execution
  • Strong, proven financial planning and execution experience (P&L experience)
  • Results-oriented communication skills
  • Ability to motivate a sales/service workforce
  • Strong mechanical aptitude/ability
  • Pre-employment screening required
  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements and Environmental Considerations:

  • This is a fast-paced, hands-on position
  • This position will drive a company vehicle
  • This position will spend most of the working day in the field with employees and customers
