Full Job Description
Primary responsibility is to achieve financial goals to include sales and expense control targets as assigned. Manages the operations of a full service branch office with four or less personnel. Maintains a fanatical commitment to member service and promotes advocacy and continually focuses on improvement with member service perception of service delivery. Act as a liaison with local Community to sponsor and promote KeyPoint Credit Union's strategic growth initiatives. Must maintain an active Notary.*

• Business and Community Development. This can include onsites & community events during the week and on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
• Training employees
*Employees must apply for a new Notary or renewal Notary within 30 days of hire or 30 days before expiration date, failure to do so may result in termination.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handles or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) preferred. 4 years of recent management experience in a financial institution. Knowledge of credit union operations, excellent communications skills, both written and oral presentation skills a must. Knowledge in Business Banking and IRA Products. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be capable of computing rates, rations and percentages. Must be able to obtain NMLS certification within 2 months of hire.
Target Pay: $81,539 - $112,116 / annual
