Branch Manager

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch.  If you have 5 or more years of experience and are interested in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will:

Customer Relations:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Business Development:

  • Assist management in developing and communicating overall sales direction and market strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors
  • Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs on an ongoing basis

Management:

  • -Responsible for the daily operations of a satellite location
  • -Develop a productive satellite team by hiring, training, and providing professional development
  • -Ensure all daily processes are handled accurately and timely
  • -Manage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates

Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years experience managing people
  • 5 years work experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Sales skills
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Judgment and decision-making ability
  • Ability to interpret marketing reports, analyzing business groups, products, and customers
