We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Receptionist for our Denver branch. This position is responsible for the following:
· Answer and route all incoming telephone calls in a cheerful, courteous and timely manner
· Take clear and concise messages
· Greet and announce arrival of all branch visitors
· Support sales branch with administrative duties as required
· Sort and distribute mail
· Light computer work
This position requires a high school diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training. Possess excellent telephone etiquette and effective oral communication skills. Type 40 wpm and possess at least an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
