Developer of nucleic acid based molecular diagnostic systems seeks experience developing methods for mining, analyzing and reporting genomic data to collaborate on experiment design and strategy and collaboratively developing, maintaining, and refining bioinformatic workflows, protocols, analytical tools and diagnostic test involving next generation sequencing.




*** Hands-on abilities with statistical programming and querying languages such as: R, Python, PERL, C++, and SQL.


*** Familiarity with data visualization tools.


*** Exposure to and participation in projects involving: molecular biological experiments; next generation sequencing; and techniques such as: Sequence Alignment, Barcoding, SNP Calling, Peak Calling, etc.
