Description Position Overview:

This position is responsible for efficient, accurate and consultative approach to deliver support Services to eClinicalWorks customers using Practice Management software.

Job Functions /Responsibilities:

As a Technical Account Manager in the Practice Mgmt division, your responsibilities include:
• Respond to all technical support tickets via telephone or web
• Meet ticket resolution SLAs
• Manage relationships with customers Requirements Requirements:

• Master’s degree with 2 plus years of experience
• Experience with server side programming using VB / COM
• Proficient with relational databases
• Experience with Java or .net
• Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
• Experience with XML / XSL
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with Web Application Server(s)
• Understanding of N-Tier Architecture
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008
• Minimum 3-5 years medical billing experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial paper and electronic claims processing is a plus
• Knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPC coding, ability to read EOBs, post payments, refunds is a plus
• Familiarity with, ERA, HIPAA rules is a plus

Other Skills/Abilities

• Sound data entry skills while having excellent telephone etiquette
• Must be customer service oriented and take ownership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment along with having a Team Player attitude
• Sound analytical and problem – solving skills.
