This position will be responsible for management of billing analytics, administration, and audit groups within the Billing Team; working with supervisors to ensure that billing operations establishes and maintains proper billing procedures and systems; and provides management reporting from results of audits and efficiency initiatives


Analyze and report on billing trends, impacts, and processes – suggesting optimizing strategies

Oversee the day to day operations of the billing analytics, administration, and audit groups to ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing group’s processes

Manage the selection, training and development of the analytics, administration, and audit staff

Monitor operational resources; participate in process improvement to maximize cost productivity

Communicate with multiple departments relations to controls and escalations based on established priorities

Manage provider escalations regarding process compliance and assist in payment recommendations

Interface with multiple departments to understand and improve operations

Promote and manage process improvement projects through completion SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Heavy spreadsheet data – reporting and analytics

Microsoft Office Suite – Primarily Excel

Demonstrated ability to implement and complete projects

Prior financial analysis, revenue management, or project management experience required

Attention to detail and accuracy focused

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Able to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and priorities


Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance, Accounting, or Business Management

Experience leading a team as a Supervisor or manager

Experience in Finance and/or Audit

Experience in wide range of billing procedures – from call center to accounts payable

3rd Party Billing experience a plus

5-10 years of directly related experience
