Detailed Job Description:

Our client is a rapidly growing, Pre-IPO, cloud based software company that effortlessly integrates, moves and consolidates data into complex Data Lake environments for real-time reporting.

Here are some major keys to their strengths:

  • They pay very well with a manageable sales quota
  • Large territory (East US)
  • Stock is offered as part of performance
  • Rapid growth with a target of $40M by 2018

Minimum Position Requirements Include:

  1. 8+ years of recent direct sales selling software into F 500
  2. Must have sold a data integration, Hadoop, or a Big Data software solution
  3. Must have recently consistently demonstrated the ability to exceed $1M quota assignments
  4. Must of managed a green field territory where a vast majority of the work was hunting
  5. Must have manage a complex sell cycle.

Base salary $150K, total comp at plan $300K, plus full benefits.
