This position is in the Data Transformation and Marketing Analytics team (DTMA) within Enterprise Functions in the WF Technology organization. This team supports the Customer Interactions application and the related data products, and is a key stakeholder supporting two data domains within the Enterprise Data Environment (EDE) utilizing the Big Data Hadoop platforms. This position will fill a key role on the team to provide development support and oversight of various data ingestion activities and ETL processes. The ingestion activities and data product outputs are keys to support a broad user community and drive analytic outcomes.
In this capacity, the person in this position will work with other DTMA team members and upstream data providers to ensure efficient and accurate data ingestion solutions and support a variety of consumption patterns by various partners. This resource will also be tasked with partnering across platform teams to harden the ETL tools used across the environment by performing and supporting various ETL activities, and assisting to create the assets that will allow for a more streamlined data ingestion experience in the EDL.
The successful candidate will have strong experience with the Ab Initio suite of development tools (Acquire>It, Express>It, etc) and also have experience with Hadoop technologies including HDFS, HIVE, Spark, Scala, and Python. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
