Position: BI/Analytics Technical Account Manager
Locations: NY/NJ or Dallas
We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers' technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and ultimately being responsible for renewals of a portfolio of accounts.
Responsible for renewals of subscriptions/maintenance for or a portfolio of accounts
Provide technical support, best practices and serve as the client's subject matter expert to support adoption and use of product by the customer
Develop customer relationships and serve as the customer advocate for customer related issues. Work with the support, product management, services organizations to ensure speedy resolution of issues
After-Sales Support, Pre-Sales Support, Ongoing Support and Product Development
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Proven work experience for 3-5 years as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for renewals of subscriptions in the BI/Analytics space
- Hands on technical experience with BI products such as Qlik, Tableau, Cognos, Microstrategy tools
- Strong understanding of relational databases; understanding of enterprise data warehouse techniques, OLAP etc.
