JOB OVERVIEW


The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for Bergdorf Goodman's Digital Marketing strategy and the tactical management of all Digital channels to drive Omni-Channel customer acquisition, site traffic, conversion, and revenue for BergdorfGoodman.com. Position reports to the Neiman Marcus Group Vice President of Media & Marketing Strategy and will work with the shared media services organization. Can be based in NYC or Dallas.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Omni-Channel Digital Marketing department, with (XXM+ budget, to support our Bergdorf Goodman e-commerce and retail businesses.
  • Manage programs to drive sales of our 150K+ products in-store and online in order to achieve direct response and branding objectives through the use of Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), Comparison Shopping Engines (CSEs), Product Listing Ads (PLAs), Remarketing, Affiliate Marketing
