The Benefits Director, Onsite Services has oversight of the onsite Well clinics (employer-based) and onsite health care advisor strategy. Reporting into the VP of Health Transformation and Innovation, the director will partner to refine the employer clinic strategy and work to ensure alignment of the strategy by our partners. The role will also work with our vendor partner, real estate and onsite leadership to expand the onsite health care advisors and credit unions per the strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the employer clinics and credit unions, monitoring data and customer feedback to improve processes and deliver on mutually agreed upon services
  • Develop and maintain annual goals, objectives and KPIs for the clinics and health care advisors
  • Engage and communicate with onsite leaders regularly
  • Approve annual staffing plan and interview new staff
  • Work with clinic leader to approve programs, services and classes
  • Work with the clinic leader, credit union and the communications team to develop and execute an engagement strategy
  • Manage contracting, statements of work and expenses related to scope
  • Monitors all data, including QA, and customer surveys to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic planning activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering community and/or corporate health promotion
  • Experience of providing recommendations with supporting business justification and cost analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RN, LPN, RD
  • Wellness coaching
  • Health promotion marketing and engagement experience
