Our fast-growing global client is looking for a Benefits and Compensation leader with a passion for Benefits plan design and administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to build plans out from the ground up and will support both retirement and health, as well as the administration of Compensation plans and ongoing job grading activities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and administering Total Rewards programs for both exempt and non-exempt employees and a compliance-driven mindset.
