In this important role, you will partner closely with the Beauty Experience team by:
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting sales results for new store formats
- Creating and enhancing reporting tools for multiple audiences
- Transforming insights into a compelling story, by creating visualizations that make data easy to consume and intuitive to draw insights from
- Managing the flow of vendor funding and expenses associated with new store formats
- Tracking analytics & insights with broader customer shopping behaviors in new store formats
- Working with and supporting cross-functional partners, including Merchandising, Store Design and Inventory
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in related business strategy/analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a broad group of cross functional
- Comfort working in large data sets and with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
- Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Building and managing executive-level presentations
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to interact with and influence decision-making with a diverse group (internal/external partners, varying levels within the organization)
- Have the ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently
- Independent problem solver with a strong desire to learn new skills
- Knowledge of, and passion for, the Beauty industry (brands, products, trends, competitors)
- Experience negotiating with 3rd party business partners a plus
- Experience with SQL also a plus

Bachelor's Degree required
