As a key leader on this team, you will work closely with the Director of Banking Transformation to advance strategic initiatives within our transformation portfolio related to Data and drive resolution to roadblocks. You will provide leadership and support to project teams by improving team member productivity, contributions and direction.   • Provide leadership, direction and support to project teams optimizing team member productivity, contributions and accomplishments relative to project objectives
  • Collaborate with others to analyze data and processes, develop strategic and tactical solutions, resolve challenges and develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Develop executive-level reporting for assigned areas
  • Mentor and train team members to help improve their skills


  • Bachelors' degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, technology, financial services and/or banking.
  • Strong leadership and effective interpersonal and communication experience interacting with all levels of the organization in the context of large business and/or technology change programs
  • Knowledge of software implementation methodologies / systems development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of project management methodology, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management.
  • Effective time management skills, able to manage competing priorities and work in a team environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


  • Common knowledge of the banking industry, loan and deposit systems, regulatory reporting requirements, or data warehouse experience
  • Agile implementation experience
