Seeking Partner/Attorney with a current Bankinglaw practice to bring to the firm. Compensation is percentage fee based (no base salary).

Naples law firm is seeking a senior attorney in Banking to become associated with the Firm. Great opportunity to join a well established, multi-practice law firm with internal referrals, perks and benefits to complement and grow your practice with all the back-office support, benefits and facilities needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring current BankingLaw clients and practice to the firm
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients in bankinglaw matters
  • Join the Firm in marketing initiatives
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
