The Backstage Operations Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of our Retail Operations Teams, identifying opportunities to improve and streamline how we operate Backstage.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-starter with excellent analytical, communication skills with a proven track record of leadership and collaboration across a large and diverse organization, effectively interacting and influencing all levels in the organization, and is able to think globally and act strategically while not hesitating to assist in addressing a clear need impacting our store teams and customers.Key Qualifications
10+ years in retail store operations, program management, or retail supply chain operations
Comfortable working with and understanding technical operating processes and inventory systems
Passion and dedication to providing consistent and unparalleled customer service
Strong analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills. Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement solutions while recognizing the potential impact on our store teams and customers
Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-pressure, fast-paced situations, flexible with changing direction and prioritization, and proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently

Standardizing Operations Team Metrics and store-facing reporting dashboards to ensure our teams are focused and prioritizing their time and resources appropriately.
Studying Operations Team performance of critical programs within our stores and partnering cross functionally to address process and training opportunities for improvement.
Partnering with our Resource Planning team to promote Backstage scheduling strategies and address resourcing opportunities.
Providing initiative based support and subject matter expertise representing the perspective of our stores.
Studying and investigating individual team feedback from stores, understanding their root-causes, and driving sustainable solutions.
Developing and maintaining key partnerships with the field including Market Directors, Market Leaders, Store Leaders and store teams.Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceAdditional Requirements
