ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of a major Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) program in Washington, DC. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Mid-Level IDESC IT Support Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. 

Security Clearance:

  • Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance


  • Individual serves as the IDESC IT Support Lead in providing product LCM, account access control, and training for the Windchill IDESC solution used by the Amphibious Warfare Program Office, PMS 377. 

  • Coordinates IT system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing

  • Oversees IT project transitions into production

  • Develops and completes actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines.

  • Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution

  • Manages and documents system configurations

  • Ensures system hardware and software are compatible and capable of required performance metrics

  • Acts as Lead Systems Engineer for specific projects when required

  • Responsible for review and comment on various engineering and acquisition related documents and formal reviews.

  • Ensures systems comply with DoD and Navy regulations

  • Supports Government APM in charge of project by providing systems engineering expertise, research, documentation, presentations, and other duties assigned to ensure success of project and compliance with DoD and Navy policies

  • Serves as team liaison to commercial provider ofthe Windchill IDESC solution, coordinating and overseeing efforts on maintenance and upgrades to the PMS 377 system

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in supporting a major Defense IT IDE

  • Eight (8) or more years of practical experience in systems engineering with at least four (4) years of acquisition experience and two (2) years supporting a DoD program

  • Extensive involvement with Navy IT/Business Enterprise Systems preferred

  • Familiar with DoDI 5000.02
