The Business Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. The Business Analyst collects all sales data and generates reporting to review sales performance including NNS, capsules, machines and execution. The Business Analyst will create standardized and custom reports, and conduct all quantitativesales analysis.

Business Planning
• Compile and analyze the monthly Sales Forecast incl. updating the Forecasting Tool and running sensitivity checks
• Coordinate the daily Sales Tracking
• Prepare the Monthly Business Planning (MBP) process
• Tracking of key milestones and activities in the OMP process

Business Analysis & Insight

• Analyze KPI scorecards, trackers, tools and reports that assist the B2B Marketing & Sales as well as the Finance departments

• Deep dive analysis of Sell-in and Sell-out

• Visualize the data and insights

• Supervise special analysis to support the Sales team

• Continuously monitor and analyze business trends to proactively identify key areas of improvement -  provide analysis of main KPIs, including building business cases to action plan areas of opportunity to improve sales results

• Supports all business development analysis & insight needs

• Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business

• Assist with creation & management of reporting tools

Sales Team Productivity and Compensation

• Conducting all analysis required for the payment of sales commissions (internal and external)

• Supporting Sales Team in understanding the commissions calculator

• Compile and analyze the monthly Sales Team productivity



• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 3+ years of experience in reporting & analytics required
• Experience in sales operations preferred
• Very strong Excel knowledge and skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation building skills preferred
• Experience with SAP, Cognos, or Oracle preferred
