The primary function of the B2B Marketing & Communications Manager is to develop, manage and execute both internal and external B2B marketing and communications for assigned areas, programs, and clients. This role will support Business Development, Account Management, international business and other clients as needed. This position will create and execute high-quality B2B collateral across multiple channels to be used by both ICE and its business partners to promote B2B as well as B2B2C programs.

Additionally, this position will analyze needs and create marketing assets that will position ICE as an innovative, high-performance partner and leader in all of its primary B2B markets for its current and future clients as well as industry stakeholders.   • Collaborate to create and execute direct marketing strategies in alignment with corporate and departmental objectives
  • Manage the development and deployment of B2B and B2C collateral and marketing communications, such as video, digital content, print materials and other omnichannel initiatives
  • Develop and lead the overall implementation of various B2B Business Development pitch decks and prospective client communications creating a working repository of Business Development and B2B marketing assets
  • Develop, review and edit content provided to partners to ensure B2B partner showrooms and member materials are used in accordance with specific company and program guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze relevant competitive market activity and programs within the industry and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the company’s presence and business development materials maintain a creative and competitive edge
  • Collaborate with B2C Consumer Marketing teams to create, build, deploy and analyze omnichannel marketing campaigns when recently launched Business Development projects are in “test and try” phases. This includes working on welcome emails, post opt-in communications and coop sponsored campaigns with leads
  • Support global Business Development and B2B/B2C Marketing initiatives and campaigns by working with the International Marketing Managers (UK, India, Mexico) to leverage the assets created and internationalize them by market
  • Develop, monitor and control budgeted expenditures to maximize cost effectiveness and value when using 3rd party vendors for production of materials

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related work experience in strategic planning, marketing (international marketing a plus), program development and budgeting skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to prospect, partners, senior management and staff
  • Experience with Marketo, IBM Engage and/or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Engaging writing skills with a professional posture and ability to adapt to various audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, execute timely, measure effectiveness and adapt
  • Strong ability to manage multiple assignments in an effective manner under strict deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel, Loyalty/Rewards, Membership Program industry experience is preferred
