Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a B2 ICD Systems Integrator Level 2to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Tinker AFB.
The B-2 Program needs a Systems Engineer to focus on the Software Interfaces. Systems Engineers perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total software systems.
Analyses are performed at all levels of software system product to include: concept, design, test, operation, and maintenance.
They ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total software systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
They perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into software specifications.
The B-2 ICD Systems Integrators control and update the Software Interface Control Documents (ICD) for internal CSCI-to-CSCI interfaces, as well as external interfaces such as to mission planning software. Candidate displays attention to detail, organization, and discipline to process.
They work in an Agile software development environment to manage the ICD database, gather updates from Systems Engineering and Software Developers, and facilitate peer reviews as part of an Incremental Design process.
They ensure quality and consistency of the ICD across multiple baselines as they control the ICD process. They work with SE and external customers to update and deliver external ICDs.
