The Azure Practice Leader ensures that best practices in their area of expertise are adhered to by the CSNA teams and that their expertise is marketed so that customers can be supported in adopting best practices.
- Lead a team of practitioners consisting of up to 15 Azure experts/coaches;
- Define, structure, promote and implement Azure expertise for Alithya;
- Develop and maintain relationships with our Microsoft Azure partner;
- Assist CSNA employees in the adoption of Azure best practices and in the progression of their business know-how;
- Participate in the recruitment of CSNA employees based on technical criteria;
- Support CSNA managers in the evaluation process of employees for the technical component;
- Participate in Azure transformation projects for clients;
- Propose and market new approaches to customers in their area of expertise;
- Support business development in the pre-sales process of the Azure practice;
- Actively contribute to the advancement and development of the practice:
- Monitor emerging technologies and methods;
- Target, plan and disseminate areas of exploration;
- Structure CSNA approaches to Azure practice elements;
- Support Solutions teams and innovate proofs of concept;
- Follow up on the exploration plan.
- Act as an ambassador and contribute to the application of the practice within the project teams:
- Establish and maintain a curriculum leading to the mastery of Azure practice (the know-how);
- Assist specialists in their progress through the curriculum;
- Deliver (or contribute to) training sessions;
- Document your practice;
- Participate in question-and-answer sessions related to your practice;
- Participate in practice-related lunch 'n' learn sessions.
- Ensure the marketing of the practice and the creation of new approaches:
- Survey the market for emerging trends in the practice;
- Participate in the production of sales support material with the Business Development team and the Marketing team;
- Accompany the business development team to targeted client meetings;
- Increase the productivity of the practice with a view to proposing new approaches to the market.
- Ensure the smooth running of the delivery operations of the team for the transformation mandates:
- Provide services to clients to support their transformation within their practice;
- Ensure the quality of the services provided by the team to clients undergoing transformation;
- Instill the values of client respect, collective and personal responsibility and transparency in staff;
- Promote a culture of project transparency throughout Alithya.
- Contribute to the development of proposals in collaboration with the Account Managers (when it involves your practice):
- Perform the activities necessary to understand the client's needs and the project objectives;
- Participate in the writing (texts and diagrams) related to your practice (excluding formatting).
- Support employees in developing their skills:
- Professionally coach the professionals in your support area;
- Contribute to the evaluation process with the CSNA directors for the know-how portion;
- Participate in the CSNA recruitment process to validate candidates or by delegating tasks to validated collaborators.
