Primary Responsibilities
¨ Actively market and promote FFNWB loan products to real estate agents, other lenders, builders, developers, investors, foreign nationals, financial planners/CPA’s, attorneys, and other referral sources
¨ Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
¨ Generate referral business for other FFNWB Bank services and products by developing strong customer relationships
¨ Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and by providing clear communication to customers and business partners
¨ Ensure that policies and procedures are administered consistently and in accordance with the Bank’s objectives and banking regulations
¨ Maintain compliance with all other banking regulations and Bank polices, as they relate to the primary duties and responsibilities
¨ Have an ability to problem-solve in a positive, efficient manner.
¨ Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience
¨ 3-5 years of experience within the mortgage, finance, banking, or other related fields
¨ Proficient in prospecting, developing relationships, closing business, and meeting/exceeding goals
¨ Familiarity with financial real estate lending terminology
¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
¨ A working knowledge of Encompass
¨ A working knowledge of all lending regulations
Education/Training
¨ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
