Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
This role will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects to improve the Pets Best web and mobile apps. They will be a driving force in determining the pricing and product recommendations we offer customers, and ensuring they are optimized for conversion, retention, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep analytical background, experience working within and agile product development process, and have a passion for building great customer experiences.
Essential Responsibilities:
Build a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals
Develop a process to analyze pricing recommendations and optimize for conversion, retention, and profitability
Build and maintain a product roadmap with input from internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and various departments to implement new feature enhancements
Analyze test results, user behavior and business performance to make effective decisions
Present learnings and recommendations to internal and external business partners
Document feature and UAT requirements, findings, and business processes to support continuous improvement
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of technology marketing experience with experience in areas such as ecommerce, product development, user experience, channel management; and strategic planning and analysis or 4+ years of equivalent work experience

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 1033(E) Of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act Of 1994
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.
