The Assistant Vice President of Private Equity Fund Accounting will be responsible for:

  • Managing functions and assignments delegated to the NY and Offshore teams
  • Managing the quarterly close processes and reviewing work papers related to internal reporting
  • Reviewing capital drawdowns, distributions and management fee calculations and billing statements
  • Reviewing waterfall calculations and performance metrics
  • Overseeing the preparation of quarterly and audited annual reports
  • Assisting in reviewing quarterly capital account statements and investor reporting
  • Engaging in technical accounting dialog with External Audit teams
  • Working with Technology teams to improve system functionality and validate enhancements
  • Working with the Internal Valuation team to ensure data completeness
  • Reviewing fund external compliance deliverables, such as Form PF and AIFMD
  • Assisting with special projects and internal ad hoc requests


  • 7+ years of experience with Public Accounting and/or Private Equity Fund Administration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or a related field
  • CPA or parts passed
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
