•You have a quantitative background, such as experience in Market Risk, model validation or model development
•You have knowledge across investment banking products - OTC (over the counter) Derivatives, Listed Derivatives, FX (Foreign Exchange), Equity & Fixed Income, and understand the basic lifecycle of a trade
•You have familiarity & knowledge of the current investment banking regulatory environment, specifically IHC regulations

•You graduated with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree
•You have 4-6 years total work experience in Financial Institutions with a minimum of 1-3 years as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, ideally for a leading financial services consulting firm or global investment bank
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in client/senior stakeholder relationship management (business and technology)
•You have strong technical writing skills and experience in model documentation
•You have knowledge of SR 11-07 standards
•You have solid analytical skills, specifically the ability to investigate issues with keen attention to detail
•You are experienced in preparing project deliverables and documenting business requirements, procedures & policies (process documentation, BRD, FSD, Test Plans, etc.)
•You understand data flows, business processes, banking products and risk management

The IHC Delivery Management team (Intermediate Holding Company) is hiring at the Assistant Vice President (AVP) level to facilitate critical business analysis for the Market Risk Models workstream to meet the Regulatory commitment to upgrade models in line with SR 11-07 standards as part of our 2017 / 2018 strategic book of work.
The Business Analysist will perform data, business analyses and documentation while working closely with the IHC Delivery Management team, Market Risk and Methodology functions, and other partners (e.g., Risk, Finance, Product Control, IT, and Regulatory Affairs) to ensure model documents are enhanced in line with SR 11-07 standards :
•Partner with Methodology leads in NY and London to understand and enhance existing model documentation to meet SR 11-07 standards
•Review documents against the SR 11-07 checklist and identify gaps and remediation areas
•Have knowledge of SR 11-07 standards and model documentation including Rates, Securitized Products and Credit in order to challenge and document responses
•Assist with tracking to the SR 11-07 plan to remediate 11 model documents and 17 Risk Factors by February 28, 2018
•Assist with developing 2018 plan for remaining 34 model documents to comply with SR 11-07 standards by year end
•Attend weekly SR 11-07 Remediation Working group meeting with methodology teams and respond timely to close out outstanding gaps, issues and questions within each Model Document
•The analyst will also provide status updates to the project management team, escalate issues / risks as needed and support the coordination of activities to achieve objectives
