  • Able to organize necessary resources and manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, installation, and materials purchasing.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with customer requirements while meeting or improving budget, schedule and quality targets.
  • Responsible for managing budgets, risks, resources and other client-specific contract issues.
  • Take client ownership early, coordinate with all parties involved, deliver projects to meet the scope and exceed client expectations.
  • Obtain client project signoff in a timely manner upon job completion.
  • Farm existing Accounts and generate incremental opportunities with new clients to achieve or exceed financial expectations on an annual basis


  • Review statement of work, contract terms, materials, and tasks with General Contractor and end user customer for concurrence on expectations, timeline, and deliverables.  Document and obtain signoff on scope validation with all parties.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and to meet contract requirements and manages changes as appropriate.
  • Negotiates contract modifications as required for contract performance to support increase in scope or other conditions impacting delivery to SOW.
  • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities for expectations and deliverables.
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Serves as overall project lead on a multi-business unit or ITD project to coordinate scopes and provide client with a single point of contact for Vision
  • Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
  • Manages day to day operational aspects of project and scope.
  • Highly organized, and effective with personal time management

  • 7+ years program/project managementexperience
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful large scale AV implementation managing projects with AV content from $2M to $5M+ on a single contract for delivery
  • 3+ Years’ experience managing large projects under General Contractors
  • Strong background in the integration of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies (digital signage, paging, sound masking)
  • Experience managing a team of Project Managers and Foremen on a large complex project
  • Current PMP certifications for Project Management
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Above average proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Project and Excel
  • Self-starter, self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to maximize efforts daily without supervision
  • AVIXA CTS, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp, and other industry certification a plus
