**MUST HAVE DIE CASTING SALES EXPERIENCE**
? 3 direct reports: 2 outside sales reps (1 Grand Rapids/1 Detroit) and 1 product manager (Louisville, KY)
? Already have about 24 million in commercial business ? need someone who can manage both sales and business development activities.
? 50% travel (includes company car w/ company-paid insurance and gas)
Under the direction of and reports to the Vice President of Sales. Responsible for overall development of all new Aluminum accounts and sales staff. Regular sales calls to customers across the board range of departmental functions including purchasing, product engineering and senior management. Responsible for meeting annual and long term sales and margin targets.
? Responsible for managing the quoting and developing of new business within the Aluminum Market.
? Responsible for delivering annual and long-term sales and margin targets.
? Responsible for reporting activities including call reports, forecasting, sales report/forecast, and marketing plan
? (includes preparing goals and objectives, customer and industry analysis, and budgeting)
? Responsible for monitoring margins on new and potential business.
