Automotive Industry Fixed Operations Manager

Utah automotive organization is seeking to hire an Experienced Fixed Operations Manager to be responsible for all operations within the Service and Parts Departments - administering company policy, internal processes, hiring staff members, managing team leaders/service technicians/service advisors and parts employees, plus supervising and ensuring industry-best customer service. Top candidates will have a proven record of managing controllable and non-controllable cost strategies, customer satisfaction index scores, and strong people leadership abilities in a high-volume, high-end setting.

Requirements – Automotive Fixed Operations Manager:

  • Fixed Operations Management experience in a high-volume, high-end dealership is preferred
  • Technical automotive and warranty processing knowledge
  • Previous management experience over large budget and expense control track record
  • A positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills leading Department Heads and directing many hourly and salary employees
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment Background Check, DMV and Drug Screen.


The organization also owns many buildings and offsite facilities. Some sites have multiple lots and building assets to manage. We have growth plans to expand in Utah and grow our brand.
